The campsite is one kilometre from Marina di Campo, the liveliest and most bustling town on the island. In a small bay on the southern side of the Island of Elba, it looks right on to the sea.

The campsite has a quiet and peaceful eucalyptus grove all around,and is behind the beach in Marina di Campo.

Nature lovers will find Ville degli Ulivi a valid alternative to the traditional campsite with tents on plots: there are 4 different types of two room and three room apartments available, as well as 4 types of mobile homes, all in the shade of the centuryold trees. Each lodge has both air conditioning and fully equipped veranda.

There are many different facilities specifically for tourists inthe campsite: a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a health centre and a fitness centre. There is also afternoon and evening entertainment both for children and adults.

The entire campsite is built round the “Piazzetta” (little square), where you will find a pizzeria, bar, ice cream parlour and restaurant where typical Elba cuisine is served; the evening entertainment is also held in the “Piazzetta”. There is also a bazar, a newsagent’s, a games room and an internet point.

What to do

For those in search of complete relaxation, the swimming pool in Ville degli Ulivi also has a Jacuzzi, and the Health Centre also has a sauna and Turkish baths.

There is also a children’s play pool and play area, as well as theentertainment organized by the Junior Club. Sports lovers, or those who wish a more “energetic” holiday, can choose from:

• Playing five-aside football, tennis, beach volley or using the gym
• Taking part in the guided excursions on foot across the island, or going on boat trips, kayak and mountain bike excursions:
• Playing golf at the Acquabona Golf Club only 15 km from the campsite
• Doing any one of the water sports like wind-surf, scuba diving and sailing

In the evening, you can either stay on the campsite and watch or take part in the shows organized by our animation staff, or, if you prefer, you can head for the lively sea town of Marina di Campo only a short drive away.

To See

Of the many places to go and visit, we strongly recommend the beautiful beaches of Cavoli, Fetovaia and Seccheto.

Another must is to go and see the ruins of the Roman villa on the Island of Pianosa.

Don’t miss out on a drive from Marina di Campo up to Monte Perone; along the way you can stop at the hillside villages of San Piero and Sant’Ilario, as well as the prehistoric remains on Monte Cocchero and the ancient San Giovanni Church.
