Argentario
The Argentario campground is located in the splendid setting of Tombolo della Giannella, one of the two sand dunes that separate the Orbetello lagoon from the sea.
This particularly interesting location for nature and bird-watching enthusiasts can be easily reached from Grosseto by taking via Aurelia and exiting at “Albinia”, a village that is less than 5 minutes away by car.
The campground has a white-sand beach and is nestled in a luxuriant tall pine forest, which frame the nearby Argentario promontory that dominates the district.
