Turin Glimpses And Suggestions, Italy

Looking down on Turin from above and seeing the mountain chain that protects it is spectacular, especially on a clear day when the limpid blue sky meets the hills,  the green of the parks and the city roofs.

For a breath-taking view, go up to the small temple at the top of the Mole Antonelliana, over 160 meters above sea level!

You can also admire Turin's enchanting landscape from the Basilica di Superga: you can see the city lit up on a summer night from this hill! A sensational view. Walk fifteen minutes beyond the Vittorio Emanuele I bridge to Santa Maria al Monte dei Cappuccini: Superga, the Po river and the city extended to the foot of the mountains before your eyes!

Lastly, climb up the Palazzo Madama tower for a view of San Lorenzo dome and magnificent snow-covered peak background.
