Camping Talamone - Talamone (Grosseto) - Tuscany

Talamone

The campground is just a few minutes from the village of Talamone, a small fishing town over-looking the sea.

The grounds are just a few hundred metres from the sea, on a small hill which descends gently towards the coast and provides a breathtaking view of the small bay below.

One can get there in a matter of minutes by taking the “Fonteblanda” exit on Aurelia trunk road 1.

To See
It is definitely a must to take a tour of the islands in the Tuscan Archipelago Park, such as Giglio and Giannutri with its magnificent Villa from the Roman era.

An idea for an unforgettable day of relaxation would be at the Saturnia hot springs, which is also the perfect excuse to visit some of the most charming towns in the Tuscan Maremma area, such as Manciano, Pitigliano, Scansano and Montemerano.

One must not miss a visit to the precious and uncomparable ecosystem of the Orbetello Lagoon, from where you can also go to the nearby Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano.
