Panoramico Fiesole
The ancient Etruscan city of Fiesole sits on a hill which offers a splendid view of Florence. The two cities are connected by a five-minute route that winds through posh villas and residences.
The Panoramico Fiesole campground is located right on the peak of the Fiesola hill, and provides a free shuttle bus for its guests to Fiesole and the surrounding area.

- Panoramico Fiesole offers two types of accommodation:

Tyrolean-style chalet that sleeps 4, bathroom with shower, kitchen, heating, safe and weekly

linen change. Parking spot included in price.

Mobile-home, sleeps 2 or 4, with heating, AC and parking spot.
Among the main services offered by the campground there are wash rooms with showers and free hot water, wash room facilities for the physically challenged, washing machines and dryers.
There is also an ironing room and common kitchen with refrigerator, freezer and micro-wave available, free of charge.
Inside the campground there is a bar-restaurant that serves traditional Tuscan food, a mini-market, and a scenic terrace with open-access swimming pool. There is also an internet point.
Included in the many services offered by the campground, it is possible to pay with debit card and credit card, and pets are allowed.

- Inside the campground there is a swimming pool, tennis courts and a children's playground.
Nearby one can also play golf and take trips on foot or horse along the marked trails in the hills surrounding Florence.
Being so close to Florence, it is possible to practice any other type of sport or recreational activity, in addition to being able to go to the best shopping areas in the city of the lily, or its most renowned markets.

- The main attraction of Fiesole is the magnificent Roman archaeological park, where theatre performances and opera concerts are held.
Once you have been to the Bardini Museum and seen the Etruscan walls, the best option is to simply wander around the city, possibly walking uphill to the San Francesco convent. Along this route you will be able to enjoy some of the best views of Florence.
